The Hypoid Reducer JKM and JKB series represent a new generation of reducers designed for high efficiency, contributing to cost reduction through energy-efficient motor gearboxes. The design takes into account the interchangeability with existing traditional worm gear reducers.

Hypoid Reducer Type JKM
The Hypoid Reducer JKM and JKB series represent a new generation of drive products. A new compromise has been found between price, efficiency, and compactness.
The key features are:
- The hypoid stage offers a large gear ratio, significantly larger than a bevel gear stage, with almost the same efficiency. The hypoid stage has a lower gear ratio than a worm gear stage but significantly better static and dynamic efficiency.
- High “torque density”; a lot of torque from a small drive and efficient. Additionally, it has low environmental impact and energy costs.
- Made of high-quality aluminum alloy: Lightweight and corrosion-resistant.
- Rotates very smoothly and quietly. Excellent “back drive” performance (hardly any braking effect).
- Suitable for various applications and easy to install.
- The installation dimensions of the JKM series are interchangeable with, among others, the JRSTD and NMRV series worm gear reducers. The installation dimensions of the JKB series are interchangeable with, among others, W-type worm gear reducers.
- With the modular design, many different combinations and installation methods are possible. This allows this type of drive to be used in various applications.

The quality of the drive is guaranteed by producing exclusively under UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 standards. Supplied materials are also rigorously inspected and chosen for their proven quality.
The use of A-brand wear parts such as NSK bearings and Simrit oil seals, finely machined components, and the application of precisely hardened and ground gears (grade 6) ensure a long lifespan, minimal noise, and high efficiency.
Stock
Euronorm keeps a large inventory of worm gear transmissions in stock and can deliver them quickly. Additionally, there is ample availability of various motors and other drive components.
Euronorm is also capable of making modifications in its own workshop, assembling drives, and painting them in the color of the customer’s choice.All of this is accomplished within a limited timeframe and from existing stock.
