The quality of the gearmotors is guaranteed by producing strictly and exclusively under UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 standards. Delivered materials are also rigorously inspected and selected for their proven quality.

The use of A-brand parts such as NSK bearings and oil seals from Simrit, precisely machined components, and the utilization of precision hardened and ground gears (grade 6) ensure a long service life, minimal noise, and high efficiency.

Euronorm keeps a lot of geared motors and parts in stock. They also have their own assembly workshop and paint shop.

Therefore, they can ensure quick and reliable delivery of customized gearmotors painted in various colors and coating systems (OS1, 2, 3, 4).

The gearmotor consists of a gear reducer and an integrated electric motor. The compact design makes these drives suitable for many applications. The constant high quality and competitive pricing of the Euronorm gearmotor make it the appropriate drive to use in machines and manufacturing processes.

The 1:1 compatibility of the reducers with other major brands ensures the gearmotor is a suitable replacement and makes it easy to exchange and perform maintenance worldwide. Each main group also offers a variety of implementation options. For example, all types of geared motors are provided with an outgoing flange instead of mounting feet. For JRTF, JRTK, and JRTS, both hollow and solid output shafts are possible. In addition, the gearmotors can be equipped with an IEC flange, hollow shaft with shrink disk, spline shafts, and more.

When a geared motor with a very high transmission ratio is required, the gearmotor is equipped with an additional motor gearbox. This makes ratios of over 1:10,000 possible.

In addition to the options on the gear itself, many options are also available for the electric motor. They can be equipped with several types of brakes (AC braking, DC braking, dual DC braking for stagecraft), encoders in various shapes and sizes, external cooling, PTC or thermal contact, and more, including locking or blocking devices.
